Another successful month for us here at PG Eventing.

We have been to Keysoe with both Casper and Mitch competing in the Novice.

This was Caspers first novice this season and was nice to go back to an event where we had a few navigational issues last year. He did a 32.8 double clear and just finished with some time cross country, I just let him take his time and find his feet but he proved to us all how much he has come one since last year. We come away with him finishing just outside the top 10, his first BE point and first qualifying score toward a 1*. He is now officially FEI registered, so really looking forward to the next few months with him.

Mitch also had a super day doing a lovely active test for 28, followed by a cracking double clear to WIN his section. This is his best placing to date at this level. Our training at home, preparation for shows and Saracens feeding programme seems to be making a real difference.

We have quite a few shows and training lined up for both our big boys and youngsters, from inter county team trials, combined training to hopefully our first 1* this year. So lots to catch up on next month.
