After a successful Pony Club career I evented for 30 years, producing horses from four year olds up to CCI2* level (new CCI3*).
Twelve years ago I switched disciplines to show jumping, continuing to produce horses from three and four years olds up to CSI2* (1.45) level.
I currently compete on three young mares, all of whom I have produced myself: seven year old Askeaton who jumped very well in international six year old classes 2019 and will contest seven year old classes this year; six year old Hurricane Heidi who had a stellar international five year old career and now moves up to six year old classes; and five year old BE Khalissy who arrived in December and will jump five year old classes in 2020. This year we also have two of my former international jumpers as brood mares: Doonaveeragh Emma, who was very successful up to CSI2* 1.40 level, and Culana Z who is a great jumper and beautifully bred.
"I feed Saracen because it is the best feed on the market. Our horses look and feel fabulous. The mainstays of my feed regime are Releve for Heidi and Khalissy, Competition Fit Cubes for Askeaton, and Stamm 30 feed balancer for everyone. We use Equi-jewel for extra condition when needed. We feed Recovery Mash after travelling, hard work-outs and competition, especially in the warmer weather for quick rehydration and rebalancing of electrolyte levels."
