The iconic Shetland Pony Grand National has held its final at the Show for 37 years and is a firm favourite with the 90,000 strong audience.

For the runners and riders, Olympia is the culmination of months of competing at qualifying shows around the country and they put on a race to match their older and bigger counterparts in the Grand National at Aintree. It is often a family affair as many of the children who compete at Olympia are offspring of current jockeys who will have raced at Aintree itself.
