Sarah Lewis
Sarah Lewis is an International show jumper from Nutley, East Sussex. Sarah produces her own horses from three and four year olds up to CSI2*/1.45 level. Having previously evented up to CCI3* Sarah has a very good understanding of preparing horses for eventing and show jumping at all levels. She also usually has a small selection of carefully selected and produced horses for sale.
Sarah offers training at all levels... "I try to offer a full coaching system, including motivational support, and a holistic view of how to get the best from you and your horse. I get great pleasure from seeing my pupils achieve their personal goals at any level."
Why I chose Saracen: In 2002 I had a good event horse, Mossfort, who was very difficult to feed. When he was 3 day event fit he would stop eating and lose his top line. He was hot and only 15hh and I always looked tall on him. So as well as keeping him at optimum health and not too hot, we needed to keep his top line for the dressage.
Lizzie Drury came to see me and brought me a selection of feed from the Saracen stand at Bramham. Together we worked out the best feeding regime for him. Lizzie’s care and attention to detail converted me, and Mossfort, to Saracen. 22 years later I have never looked back. The feed is the highest quality available, and the system is very simple. Our horses look and feel fantastic, our vets and other professionals always comment on their shiny coats. My basic go to is Re-Leve Cubes, Stamm 30, Molassed Chaff and Sugar Beet.
Equijewel is invaluable for top line, condition and shine without hotting up and we feed Competition Fit Cubes for added energy. We use Mare Care to support our brood mares through pregnancy and lactation changing Level-Grow once the foals start to eat hard feed. Saracen is available all over Europe and can be delivered straight to tours ensuring continuity of diet for the horses wherever they are.
